STUPYDOO S.r.l.s. acts as trader and will sell the product directly to you (“STUPYDOO” or “us”).

PLACING ORDERS

By using the Website and/or placing an order on the Website you confirm that you have read The Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy, and that you accept them. Please make sure that you have read and understood The Terms and Conditions before you place an order.

Before you place your order, you will be given the opportunity to review your selections, the information you have provided, the total price of your order and correct any input errors. Please note that products in your shopping cart are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers until you have placed the order at checkout and received the order confirmation email. If prolonged inactivity causes your connection to the Website to fail, your selection of products may be lost. In such case, you will be required to re-enter your selection of products to the shopping cart.

After submitting your order, we will send you an order confirmation email with your order number, details of the product(s) you have ordered from us, your payment details and delivery details.

Please note that STUPYDOO does not guarantee that all products presented on the Website are in stock or are available for purchase. STUPYDOO reserves its right to stop selling a product. Orders can only be placed by persons that are 18 years or older.

Please note that some products in the catalog may be sold in pre-order (PREORDER). In this specific case, the product will be discounted for the entire presale period. The shipment start date of the products is indicated in the product sheet. To take advantage of the discount on these products, you will need to make the full purchase in advance.

ACCEPTANCE AND SHIPPING CONFIRMATION

Please note that all orders placed by you are subject to acceptance by us. We may, at our discretion, choose not to accept your order for any reason whatsoever without any liability to you.

Once the order has been processed, a shipping confirmation email will be sent with all relevant information about your order. The shipping confirmation is our acceptance of your order. Please note that STUPYDOO does not guarantee that all products presented on the Website are in stock at the time of your order. If a product is unavailable, we will contact you shortly, by email. If we already have received payment for such a product we will refund you the amount of the purchase.

PRICES

The price and essential characteristics of each Product (along with the relevant Product codes) are displayed on our site. The information displayed on our site does not represent an offer by STUPYDOO.

The prices and delivery costs shown on the Website include VAT. The prices and delivery costs shown on the Website may vary from time to time and STUPYDOO is not bound by the price until STUPYDOO has accepted the order by sending the shipping confirmation to you. The prices may also vary between a physical store and the Website. If you have placed an order and the price has changed before we have accepted your order (by sending you the shipping confirmation), we will notify you by email about the price change and give you the option to place a new order with the new price or cancel the old order. If we are unable to contact you, your order will be cancelled. STUPYDOO always reserves the right to cancel any order prior to our acceptance of the order. If we already have received payment for a cancelled order, we will refund you the entire amount of the purchase.

PAYMENTS

Payments on this Website are processed by STUPYDOO through Stripe and Klarna payment platforms.

The purchase will only be processed when Stripe has informed us that the payment was successful. You confirm that the credit/debit card used is yours or that you have been specifically authorized by the credit card holder to use it. All credit card holders are subject to validation and authorization checks by the card issuer. If the payment card issuer refuses to authorize payment to STUPYDOO, your order will be rejected and canceled. We are not responsible for any charges or penalties that may be imposed by the payment service provider as a result of processing the payment in connection with your order.

We also offers the possibility to pay via your PayPal account. PayPal stores and protects your credit card and bank details, allowing you to make online payments without having to reveal your financial details every time you make an online purchase.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We offer worldwide shipping, but we would like to point out in advance that in some countries there may be restrictions for cosmetic products or for perfumes, i.e. products containing alcohol, or for essential oils. As these restrictions vary, some shipments may be cancelled and, as a result, your order will be cancelled and refunded. In the latter specific case you will be informed by our customer service via e-mail. In any case, you can see the list of countries to this link.

We do not sell or ship to the USA, Canada, Central American countries, South American countries from this website. For purchases in these countries you can use https://aaaunbranded.us/

We aim to ship all orders within 24 hours during weekdays, and the first following weekday if the order is placed during weekend. You can read the complete list of country where we ship and the relative costs, to this link.

Once the entire order has been prepared, you will receive a shipping confirmation.

Please note that delivery estimates in checkout are only estimates and actual delivery times may vary depending on the shipping locations. STUPYDOO will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery. Please also note that the delivery estimates do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization and/or stock availability and/or special products. If STUPYDOO fails to deliver within 30 days, you may have the right to cancel the purchase.

Please note that there may be limitations or additional costs for perfume shipments to some countries. If you want to be sure you’ve not surprises at the checkout, you can previous write to us before placing your order at: customercare@aaaunbranded.com. We will give you all the assistance and information for your purchase.

Please note that postal services, and in particular express couriers, are busier than usual during holiday periods, general discount periods such as Black Friday and in summer, and that this can affect shipping times and deliveries.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If you were to be unsatisfied with your purchase at aaa/unbranded’s Website, you are entitled to withdraw your purchase or exchange your product by sending a notice to us at customerservice@aaaunbranded.com within 15 days of you receiving your order. In the case of a product being broken during transportation, please send a photo for proof to us at customerservice@aaaunbranded.com.

Returned product(s) should be in unused condition accompanied by the original invoice no later than 15 days after sending your notice. Returns will only be accepted if labels and original packaging are fully intact and in a resellable condition. STUPYDOO will not accept returns where labels have been removed or products have been opened and/or even partially used.

Refunds for returned goods will be made within 15 days of the return of the product by Stripe payment platform. Please note that additional duties and/or taxes will not be refunded. Refunds for faulty items will be made within a 30 days period following delivery.

Faulty products can only be refunded if the products’ functionality or value has not diminished due to your handling of the products to a greater extent than is necessary in order to ascertain its characteristics or function. According to the Consumer Act (1990: 932) you are entitled to complain about defective products within three years. However, you must always notify STUPYDOO within a reasonable time after you have detected that the products are defective. If STUPYDOO consider the products to be defective, STUPYDOO will make a full refund.

RETURN STEPS

Please follow the below steps when returning:

1.Send a notice to customerservice@aaaunbranded.com and include (i) your order number, (ii) reason for return request and (iii) pictures of the product. Please also include (iv) your name, (v) email address and (vi) phone number in order for us to be able to contact you if necessary.

2.If the return is accepted, you will then receive a confirmation from us and we will send a prepaid return label. Please note that if you would like to return your product in another way, we do not offer compensation for the return shipment amount.

3.Place the product(s) in the original shipping box, or another solid well-padded carton box. Close the box and tape it securely. Place the prepaid return label on the box and clearly mark the package with the order number.

If you choose to return your product in another way than recommended by us, please send it with an authorized and secure forwarding agent/transport company.

5.We will send you an email confirmation once the return has been processed and the refund has been made.

Please note that we will not be refunded products that will suffered irreparable damage by the return shipment, or that they will have suffered greater damage, in relation to what was demonstrated by the consumer in the photo sent for the return.

DISCOUNT TRANSACTIONS

The aaa/unbranded® branded products are never discounted within the site, but there may be commercial operations whose characteristics are highlighted on a special page accessible from the product page of each category and on other pages where a commercial operation is expressly indicated. The commercial conditions are defined by STUPYDOO S.r.l.s. and may be different from time to time depending on the type of commercial offer. We therefore ask you to pay attention to and carefully read the information relating to such commercial operations. STUPYDOO reserves the right to seek all solutions available at law and in equity for violations of these Terms and Conditions, including the right to block access to the Website. Individuals violating the restriction of password-protected areas of the Website may be subject to prosecution.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Italy (excluding the International Sale of Goods Act). Any disputes pertaining to these Terms and Conditions will be exclusively referred to the district court of Padua (Italy), as the court of first instance.
