PAY ATTENTION TO THE SHIPPING INFORMATION.

The shipping cost is not applied if the minimum rate indicated for each country and/or zone listed below is reached. We ship worldwide, except for the United States, Canada, Central America, and South America (see the complete list below). For these countries, you can make your purchase on the website aaaunbranded.us.

We want to inform you that there may be restrictions on the import of cosmetic products in some countries. In case of restrictions that we are not immediately aware of, or if the shipment is blocked by the carrier, you will be promptly informed by our Customer Care Office and refund your purchase.

Please note that for shipments outside the European Union, customs fees may be applied upon delivery, which are not included in the cost of your purchase.

SHIPPING TIMES AND ORDER PROCESSING INFO:

Area 1 EU: only normal shipping by express courier services or postal services 1-3 days
Area 2 and 3 EU: only normal shipping by express courier services 2-5 day
Area 4 EU: special shipments by ship and/or air with express courier services 4-8 day
Area 5 ROW: Special shipments by ship and/or air or by express courier via air, up to 12 days.

For purchases made during the working days, the order will be processed in 12 hours.

For purchases made on Saturday afternoon after 1pm or during non-working day or on holidays, the order will be processed the following working day, in any case no later than 72 hours.

For special orders and requests, Customer Care will respond within 36 hours.

The goods are shipped from the European Community.
