Warm up THE MUD slightly by rubbing the packaging with both hands or by keeping it in a warm place for a few minutes. After doing that, distribute the product evenly on the areas affected by cellulite or stretch marks using your hands. For example, thighs, buttocks, and abdomen. Wrap in plastic wrap and/or cartene and leave on for 20/30 minutes. Finally, rinse it off with plenty of warm water and/or using a sponge. After applying, wash your hands thoroughly and be careful not to touch your eyes.
