Apply the product in the morning or evening after bathing or showering on clean and dry or slightly damp skin. It’s enough to use a small amount of the product, as it’s a very effective formula. So gently massage in upward circular motions until fully absorbed. The product can be used on the entire body, including the face.

the product is very good, leaves the skin soft and smooth. I took it as a body cream but I also use it for my face
