Wash and dry your feet thoroughly before using the product. Lie down with your legs slightly bent to promote blood circulation. Then carefully put on each sock. Leave the mask on for about 15-20 minutes. After applying, remove the socks and proceed to massage the feet until the remaining serum is completely absorbed into the skin. Do not walk with the sock to avoid slipping. This product is disposable.
